Judge Allows Silicon Graphics To Chop Off Claims

Law360 (November 2, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Helping Silicon Graphics Inc. trim surplus claims after its recent emergence from bankruptcy, a federal judge on Wednesday granted the company’s requests that he eliminate invalid claims and reduce excessive ones.

Silicon Graphics first presented the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York with its list of unnecessary claims on August 25.
