ITA Tweaks ArcelorMittal Duties On Steel In Coil

Law360, New York (October 19, 2009, 4:32 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration has said ArcelorMittal's steel plate in coils from Belgium will be subject to a revised anti-dumping duty, following the company's challenge to the preliminary results of a recent review.

The ITA said it erred in its original calculation of the duties with regard to particular U.S. transportation expenses, according to the final results of its anti-dumping review published Monday in the Federal Register.
