PBM Group Goes After Rest Of Okla. Law After Partial Win

Law360 (July 15, 2020, 3:39 PM EDT) -- The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association has turned to the Tenth Circuit in its bid to nix an Oklahoma law regulating pharmaceutical benefit managers, also urging a federal district judge to bar any part of the regulations from being enforced during the appeal.

In its Tuesday motion, PCMA asked U.S. District Judge Bernard M. Jones for an injunction pending its appeal of his July decision to only block the Oklahoma Insurance Department from enforcing parts of the law he found were likely preempted by Medicare Part D.
