Law360, New York (October 20, 2009, 3:47 PM EDT) -- Executive Risk Indemnity Inc. has been discharged from an insurance spat between a financial consulting firm and two former associates vying for $2 million in coverage for defense costs in an underlying suit stemming from a hospital system's bankruptcy.
