Mass. AG Targets Puff Bar In Latest E-Cig Suit

Law360 (July 16, 2020, 3:25 PM EDT) -- The online disposable e-cigarette company Puff Bar illegally sold and delivered flavored tobacco products in Massachusetts despite a retail ban that went into effect in June, the state's attorney general has claimed in a new lawsuit.

The complaint, filed Wednesday in Suffolk County Superior Court, marks Attorney General Maura Healey's latest action against the vaping industry, following suits against e-cig giant JUUL Labs Inc. and others.
