Okla. Pharmacy Board Fines CVS $125K For Understaffing

Law360 (July 16, 2020, 7:25 PM EDT) -- The Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy has hit CVS with $125,000 in fines, after auditors found understaffing issues and "chaotic" scenes at four of the company's pharmacies in the state.

In four orders issued Wednesday, the board said auditors had responded to complaints at each of the pharmacies for issues including long wait times, wrong information on prescription refills and mistakes in dosages.
