Law360, New York (October 20, 2009, 2:19 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted the developers of the controversial AES Sparrows Point LNG Terminal and Mid-Atlantic Express Pipeline Project permission to intervene in Maryland's suit challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce's approval of the project under the state's coastal management plan.
Judge Richard D. Bennett of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland on Monday granted AES Sparrows Point LNG LLC and AES Mid-Atlantic Express LLC permission to intervene in the case.
