Sprint To Appeal Nixed $1.9B Claim In DBSD Ch. 11

Law360, New York (October 20, 2009, 2:28 PM EDT) -- Sprint Nextel Corp. has laid out the grounds for an appeal of its dismissed bid to hold debtors in the DBSD North America Inc. bankruptcy jointly liable for $1.9 billion to cover reimbursements for clearing spectrum band.
