Claims Pared From Steelworkers' FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (October 20, 2009, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has trimmed claims in a dispute between U.S. Steel Corp. employees and the company, allowing the suit to move forward on the issue of whether the workers should be compensated for the time it takes them to walk from the locker room to their work stations.
