Asyst Gets Green Light To Probe Asset Sale

Law360, New York (October 20, 2009, 6:24 PM EDT) -- Semiconductor technology provider Asyst Technologies Inc. has won bankruptcy court approval to send out subpoenas to Intel Corp. and others for documents related to the sale of the debtor's fab automation business to Crossing Automation Inc.

Judge Randall J. Newsome of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California on Tuesday granted Asyst’s ex parte application for an order allowing the requests to be sent to Intel, Crossing, Flextronics Inc. and Crossing employee Randy Klegg.
