Postal Workers To Appeal Privacy Case To 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (October 22, 2009, 12:53 PM EDT) -- Postal workers have said they will appeal the dismissal of their claims against their employer, the U.S. Postal Service, which they had accused of unjust enrichment and privacy violations for allegedly selling personal information from their employee files to private marketers for profit.
