Wireless Security Cos. Settle Trade Secret Dispute

Law360, New York (November 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two wireless local area network (LAN) security service providers have resolved a trade secrets misappropriation lawsuit over sensitive customer and pricing information.

Alpharetta, Ga.-based AirDefense Inc. said Monday it has wrapped up a year-long dispute with AirTight Networks Inc. launched in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. The suit stemmed from an ex-AirDefense employee who provided a customer list and other materials to an AirTight sales employee.
