3 Firms Drive $4B Deals Forming Building Supplies Giant

Law360 (August 11, 2020, 11:06 AM EDT) -- Clayton Dubilier & Rice, led by Debevoise & Plimpton, will buy HD Supply Holdings' North American specialty concrete and construction products business and merge it with Construction Supply Group in two transactions totaling roughly $4 billion that were also guided by Jones Day and McDermott Will & Emery, the companies said Tuesday.
