Kickback Suit Against Exeter Hospital Dropped

Law360, New York (October 23, 2009, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A whistleblower has dropped a suit against a New Hampshire hospital accused of providing illegal kickbacks to physicians in exchange for referrals.

Judge Joseph DiClerico of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire on Thursday granted a John Doe relator’s request for a voluntary dismissal without prejudice of a case against Exeter Hospital Inc.
