Employees File Discrimination Suit Against Wal-Mart

Law360 (November 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two women who worked in management for Wal-Mart Stores Inc. in New York have charged the retail giant with age and gender discrimination for allegedly not giving them equivalent jobs after their jobs were eliminated.

Kathleen Curns, 62, and Linda Zukaitis, 53, filed their discrimination suit against Wal-Mart on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
