State Farm Says Condo Construction Co. Not Covered

Law360, New York (October 26, 2009, 4:42 PM EDT) -- State Farm Fire & Casualty Co. has asked a judge to rule that it owes no coverage to a construction firm that helped develop an Oregon condominium complex for breach of contract litigation associated with water damage, on the grounds that the company is not named in either an apartment or condominium liability policy.
