US Blocks WTO Panel Over Country-Of-Origin Labeling

Law360, New York (October 26, 2009, 4:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. has thrown up formal roadblocks to an attempt by Canada and Mexico to open an official World Trade Organization inquiry into the fairness of new U.S. country-of-origin labeling requirements for meat products.
