Jimenez To Head USTR Congressional Office

Law360, New York (October 26, 2009, 3:10 PM EDT) -- U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk has promoted Luis Jimenez, formerly the deputy assistant USTR for congressional affairs, to assistant USTR following the departure of his superior.

Kirk's office announced Friday that Jimenez would replace Daniel Sepulveda as assistant USTR for congressional affairs. Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., hired Sepulveda on Oct. 20 as a senior adviser.
