Conoco Workers Renew Class Cert. Bid In FMLA Suit

Law360, New York (October 27, 2009, 2:26 PM EDT) -- A group of ConocoPhillips Co. employees claiming the oil giant's attendance and leave policies violate the Family and Medical Leave Act has picked up its sword again in the fight for class certification, following a federal judge's denial of certification in June.
