AAI Presses Supreme Court To Back Class Arbitration

Law360, New York (October 27, 2009, 7:14 PM EDT) -- The American Antitrust Institute has filed an amicus brief with the U.S. Supreme Court arguing that ambiguous arbitration agreements should be construed to permit class arbitration, one of the central issues in a case accusing several shipping companies of restraining trade in the parcel tanker industry.
