2nd Circ. Remands ISC Arbitration Ruling

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 4:09 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has reversed a district judge's dismissal of ISC Holding AG's motion to compel arbitration in a contract dispute with client Nobel Biocare Investments NV, ruling that the language of the contract as it relates to arbitration is ambiguous.
