Dish Tries To Force Insurers To Address Doc Requests

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 12:26 PM EDT) -- Dish Network Corp. has asked a judge to force its insurers to respond to nearly 20 discovery requests aimed at parsing policy language to ascertain whether they have a duty to defend it in an underlying patent dispute over the satellite provider's in-house telephone system.
