Court Rules For Forever 21 On Fabric Design Copyright

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 7:18 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge has granted Forever 21 Inc.'s motion for judgment on one of four fabric designs that LA Printex Industries Inc. said the retailer sells in violation of its copyrights, while rejecting the company's stance that the design does not warrant protection.
