Walgreen's Tissue Subject To Dumping Duties: CIT

Law360, New York (October 28, 2009, 7:13 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has ruled that the tissue paper Walgreen Co. sells as part of its gift bag sets falls within the scope of an anti-dumping duty order on certain tissue paper products from China.
