Atser Challenges 'Exceptional' Ruling In Patent Case

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 12:20 PM EDT) -- Atser Research Technologies Inc., the plaintiff in an infringement suit over a patent related to a method for collecting construction data, has asked a federal judge to reconsider a decision that Atser owes the defendant attorneys' fees due to litigation misconduct.
