Disney Offers ‘Baby Einstein’ Toddler Video Refunds

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 6:39 PM EDT) -- Walt Disney Co. has expanded its refund program for purchasers of its “Baby Einstein” line of educational videos under continued pressure from a children’s advocacy group that claims the videos do not advance infant development as advertised.
