Delphi Worker Protests Pension Loss Before Senate

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A former salaried employee at Delphi Corp. told a U.S. Senate panel Thursday that the slashing of thousands of retirees' pensions through the company's bankruptcy process was at best unfair and at worst a violation of federal law.
