Allied Creditors Say They're Out Of The Loop

Law360, New York (November 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The unsecured creditors of Allied Holdings Inc. are reserving their right to seek termination of the company's exclusive control over its Chapter 11 case if they don’t get more information about the company’s exit plan.

In a court filing Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Georgia, the official committee of unsecured creditors said it still hasn’t been given information even though it signed a confidentiality agreement with Yucaipa Cos., which infused the company with money.
