Ex-Sedgwick Atty Says Abuse, Collapse Cost Him Job

Law360, New York (October 29, 2009, 6:56 PM EDT) -- A former Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold LLP associate has slammed the firm with a lawsuit alleging he was wrongfully fired after suffering a nervous breakdown induced by the pace of work and the abuse inflicted upon him by a partner at the firm.

Alan Levy filed his complaint seeking redress for “blatant discrimination” on the basis of disability or perceived disability by Sedgwick and partner Scott Haworth in the Supreme Court of the State of New York on Thursday.
