Another Ex-Homestore Exec Goes Down In Fraud Fallout

Law360, New York (November 8, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The latest former high-flying executive to surrender in the wake of Homestore Inc.’s $67 million accounting fraud scandal, the online real estate listings company’s former executive vice president has been handed 30 months in prison and a $2.6 million fine to settle charges relating to his role in the scheme.
