Nissan Sues Ex-NFL Star For $1.5M Over Dealership

Law360, New York (October 30, 2009, 5:06 PM EDT) -- Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. has slammed the ex-NFL running back Dulymus “Deuce” J. McAllister with an action seeking $1.5 million in unpaid obligations related to a Nissan dealership owned by McAllister that declared bankruptcy in March.

Nissan filed its breach of contract complaint against McAllister and Deuce McAllister Motors LLC in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi on Thursday.
