Law360, New York (October 30, 2009, 12:52 PM EDT) -- Another executive of a Chinese honey manufacturer is facing up to five years in prison after pleading guilty to criminal charges in the U.S. of conspiring to evade $3.9 million in anti-dumping duties on honey imported from China.
