Micron Hit With Grand Jury Subpoena

Law360, New York (November 8, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Already facing a number of class action lawsuits, Micron Technology Inc. said Wednesday that it received a grand jury subpoena last month regarding the antitrust probe into the static random access memory (SRAM) industry.

In the company’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Micron said that it had received the subpoena from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
