Family Wants Volkswagen Sanctioned In Crash Case

Law360, New York (November 3, 2009, 7:51 PM EST) -- A family that sued Volkswagen AG after a young girl died in a rear-end collision is demanding that the carmaker be slapped with sanctions and forced to turn over documents related to a front passenger seat.
