1st Circ. Affirms T-Mobile Unit Win In Zoning Spat

Law360, New York (November 4, 2009, 3:33 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has sided with a T-Mobile USA Inc. subsidiary in its case against a Rhode Island municipality whose zoning board had denied the telecommunications company's application for relief to construct a 90-foot cell phone tower.
