U.S. Trustee Objects To Fees In Saint Vincent Case

Law360 (November 9, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Trustee overseeing Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of New York’s Chapter 11 case has objected to several compensation applications submitted by 10 professionals retained in the hospital chain’s bankruptcy proceedings.

Among the compensation requests cited by U.S. Trustee Diana G. Adams is an application for almost $5 million in fees and expenses from debtor counsel Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, and an application for more than $3 million in fees and expenses from turnaround firm Huron Consulting LLC.
