Fed. Circ. Upholds Duties In Suit Over Chinese Honey

Law360, New York (November 5, 2009, 3:13 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has in record time affirmed the U.S. Department of Commerce's remand determination of an administrative review of an anti-dumping duty order on honey imported from China, handing down its judgment just two days after oral arguments.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued the judgment Thursday without an opinion.
