Copper Pipe Importers Find US Support

Law360, New York (November 6, 2009, 12:52 PM EST) -- Johnson Controls Inc. has given a boost to importers of seamless refined copper pipe from China and Mexico facing an anti-dumping investigation by the U.S. International Trade Commission, saying that domestic SRC tube makers don't currently offer an alternative to Chinese and Mexican sources.
