Staples Fails To Boot Fulbright From Trademark Spat

Law360, New York (November 6, 2009, 4:06 PM EST) -- Fulbright & Jaworski LLP can continue to represent National Envelope Corp. in a trademark dispute in spite of protests from Staples Inc., another Fulbright client and intervenor in the case.

Judge Sidney Stein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Thursday denied a request from Staples to disqualify Fulbright.
