ITC Backs Further Probe Of Indonesian, Chinese Paper

Law360, New York (November 9, 2009, 12:48 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has found that domestic coated paper manufacturers may be materially injured by imports of coated paper from China and Indonesia, meaning that the U.S. Department of Commerce will continue to investigate potential anti-dumping and countervailing duties on the imports.

All six ITC commissioners voted Friday that there was enough evidence of injury to continue the investigations, the agency said.
