ITC Finds Possible Injury From Chinese Salt Imports

Law360, New York (November 9, 2009, 3:36 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has affirmed injury or the threat of injury to the U.S. economy on three of four phosphates imported from China that are under investigation for possible anti-dumping and countervailing duties.

The ITC made affirmative threat determinations on Chinese imports of dipotassium phosphate, or DKP, and tetrapotassium pyrophosphate, or TKPP, and a present injury determination on monopotassium phosphate, or MKP, according to an announcement Monday.
