Zinc Workers Forge $1.2M FLSA Deal

Law360, New York (November 9, 2009, 12:47 PM EST) -- Zinc producer Horsehead Corp. has asked a federal court to approve a $1.2 million settlement with more than 500 plaintiffs who say the company failed to pay them for meal breaks and for job-related functions including donning and doffing clothes and safety gear.
