CIT Backs Commerce In Korean Pipe-Dumping Spat

Law360, New York (November 9, 2009, 2:23 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has shot down a challenge by a group of domestic manufacturers of pipe and tube to the methodology used by the U.S. Department of Commerce in determining that Korea's Nexteel Co. Ltd. did not owe anti-dumping duties on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube.
