Judge Signs Off On Graphics Properties' Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (November 11, 2009, 5:33 PM EST) -- Bankrupt Graphics Properties Holdings Inc. — formerly known as Silicon Graphics Inc. — has won court confirmation of its reorganization plan, just over seven months after filing for Chapter 11 protection with a deal to sell off its assets.

Judge Martin Glenn of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York signed off Tuesday on Graphics Properties' modified first amended joint plan of reorganization.
