Hale and Dorr, Wilmer Cutler See Seamless Integration Of IP Groups

Law360 (April 22, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The merger between Hale and Dorr and Wilmer Cutler Pickering will bring together two intellectual property practices with little overlap and no significant conflicts of interests, according to the two international general-practice firms.

The merger, which takes effect May 31, will create one of the largest law firms in the U.S., with 2004 projected annual revenue of more than $700 million. The firm will have approximately 1,000 lawyers, including 135 located in Europe.
