Levinson Axelrod Aims To Silence Ex-Associate

Law360, New York (November 11, 2009, 6:24 PM EST) -- Like red to a bull, the recently launched Web site called Levinson Axelrod Sucks has triggered a lawsuit from the maligned firm as it seeks to stop the ex-associate who runs the site from talking about how he thinks the firm and its partners, well, suck.

The New Jersey plaintiffs' firm filed the suit in state court a few days ago, and defendant Edward Heyburn immediately removed the case to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
