Hospital Read Too Much Into 3rd Circ. ADA Ruling: Judge

Law360, New York (November 12, 2009, 6:16 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s bid for partial summary judgment in a case involving the Americans with Disabilities Act, finding that the medical center read too much into a recent U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit decision on class certification and the ADA.
