Calif. Pot Sellers Want Hearing Over License Renewals

Law360 (January 5, 2021, 7:56 PM EST) -- A group of California marijuana dispensaries urged a California state judge to require the Los Angeles Department of Cannabis Regulation to grant a hearing or allow them to appeal the agency's decision to not approve the temporary license renewals that permit the dispensaries to legally run their businesses.
