Former Yale Scientist Says She's Lost Out On Royalties

Law360, New York (November 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Yale University and a biochemistry professor have until the end of December to file a motion to dismiss a lawsuit brought a by a former scientist who says she hasn’t been paid royalties for a component of a blood test she helped invent.
