Kilpatrick Nabs Ex-MoFo IP Life Sciences Litigator

Law360 (January 8, 2021, 8:26 PM EST) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has recruited former Morrison & Foerster LLP litigator Wesley Overson Jr., who joins the firm with three decades of experience representing technology and life sciences clients in complex intellectual property litigation, including the landmark Therasense case, which helped establish the inequitable conduct standard.

Overson joined Kilpatrick's intellectual property department as partner and a member of its patent litigation team, according to the firm's Jan. 6 statement, after practicing at Morrison & Foerster since the early 1990s.
